- Shipping & Delivery
- I take pride in my fast shipping. Most orders will ship the day after the sale is completed/payment has cleared, since the products listed on my website are all in stock. Shipping is $5.00 on orders under $35.00 to the continental US. Free shipping for orders over $35.00 to the continental US. Actual shipping costs will be charged to orders from non-contingent states. I am not responsible for lost packages, so please let me know if you're interested in purchasing insurance. I will gladly add insurance to any package and let you know what the cost will be. - Packaging
- I save and recycle my packaging whenever possible, so be aware that your box or packaging may not look pretty but it will work! Another way to help do our part for the environment!
- Returns & Replacements
- Please contact me if something is wrong with your order or product as soon as you receive your shipment. Each manufacturer has their own return policies for defective items and I work closely with them. I will help you work with them to get your problem fixed. Please do not wash or use your diapers if you will be returning them, as I cannot accept returns on diapers that have been used, stained, soiled, taken out of the package, or begin to repel because of diaper cream.
If you need to return an item for a different reason besides defects please do so within 14 days of purchase. You will receive a refund minus shipping costs. If you need to exchange an unused item please contact me within 14 days as well. Shipping charges will apply on the exchange.
Order cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or ordered directly from the manufacturer. If you need to change an order please contact me on the same business day as most orders ship by the next business day.
Used diapers are on an as is basis. All sales are final on used diapers, so please be sure you are comfortable with their appearance and description before purchasing. Descriptions will be to the best of my ability and as thorough as possible, but they are my opinion and observation, and your opinion may differ.
