A combination of All in One and Pocket, these diapers are extremely similar to a disposable with velcro or snap closure, but provide a pocket for easily adjustable absorbency. 

Pros - Extremely easy to use.  Trim fit.  Provide the option to add absorbency.  Can turn inside out to help speed drying.
Cons - Take longer to dry since they are all one piece.
