Very similar to a disposable setup. The diaper is one piece, all sewn together, with a waterproof cover and lining all built in. Snaps or velcro secure the diaper to baby.
Pros - Extremely easy to use. Wash and wear. Relatively trim since the diaper is all one piece. Cons - Can take longer to dry compared to pockets, and can be more tricky to increase absorbency.
